not been used, we should not at this time be able to partake<br />

of the nature of God. There would be an emptiness<br />

in the soul, a want of a holy life-giving substance.<br />

Living the life of regeneration is making the sanctuary<br />

of our soul after the pattern of the heavens. The law of<br />

God is written within our hearts, and thereby we be<strong>com</strong>e<br />

the ark which contains the eternal laws, which has been<br />

in existence from the beginning. We must change from<br />

the law of generation to the law of regeneration. We no<br />

longer feel the need of this outward form of religious<br />

worship. We see how hard it was for Jesus the Christ to<br />

change the Jews from the observance of the old ceremonial<br />

law to his teachings; only a few accepted him as the<br />

<strong>com</strong>ing Messiah; the Israelitish nation never has accepted<br />

him even to this day, and it never will, until "The sceptre<br />

shall not depart from Judah,nor a lawgiver from between<br />

his feet, until Shiloh <strong>com</strong>e; and unto him shall the gathering<br />

of the people be [the regenerate man]."<br />

As it was so difficult for the Christ to change the Jews,<br />

so will it be for the Spirit of God, thru the regenerate<br />

man; to change many of these so-called Christians. They<br />

refuse to accept the purification of their sensual nature<br />

thrua more perfect life, which would make them after<br />

the pattern of the Holy Ones in the heavens. So they pre»<br />

fer-to cling to the old physical body-worship of the past,<br />

in preference to the Holy Spirit of God, which should<br />

have its seat in the inner sanctuary of their soul-nature.<br />

Paul says that man is the temple of the living God; and<br />

when Christ suffered so intensely; and he expired upon the<br />

cross in order to open the vision of their soul, "The veil<br />

of the temple was rent in twain from top to bottom,"<br />

for this reason there is no excuse for a misunderstanding<br />

of his mission here in our day of enlightenment. But the<br />

Christians of to-day cling tenaciously to the old physicalbody-worship<br />

of the man Jesus, and are satisfied with
