God; and if We recognize ourselves as his tlought, and<br />

live up to the highest within ourselves, then shall we unmistakably<br />

be<strong>com</strong>e the expression of his Divine word.<br />

If thought is the controlling principle and the developing<br />

power of every living and moving body in the universe,<br />

then we certainly must have emanated from the<br />

Word of God. When we have conquered the god of generation,<br />

we shall be able to declare openly that we have<br />

in us the essence, an that we contain the vital substance<br />

and power of his mind; and thus we shall be able to go<br />

forth to conquer and to <strong>com</strong>mand everything in Nature<br />

thru the power of Love.<br />

As the embodiment of the Divine<br />

Word, we shall be strong. As YAHVEH Elohim,<br />

"Thou rulest the raging of the sea: when the waves<br />

thereof arise, thou stillest them.<br />

enemies with thy strong arm;"<br />

of the universe, is thy mighty arm.<br />

Thou scattered thine<br />

for YAHVEH, the God<br />

Stormy clouds may gather around us on every side, but<br />

within us there is stillness, for the intense stillness of<br />

the Divine light that we are conscious of, within our<br />

soul, causes us to -feel that "Thou art the glory of his<br />

strength" -that pure essence of Divinity which vibrates<br />

thru the thought-currents of our soul so quietly,<br />

and so gently aids us in stilling the senses.<br />

That essence<br />

stills the external, worldly mind, which wanders everywhere,<br />

by sending a shock thru the body while wandering<br />

during concentration, which brings one back into<br />

the consciousness of his Divine Glory until one is better<br />

able<br />

hear him.<br />

to control his mind, and stand before the Lord and<br />

out the sense mind.<br />

The Divine thought-essence, or light, burns<br />

'1`his divine essence is in itself so<br />

pure, calm, and gentle, that one is not conscious of the<br />

destruction of the sense-currents, only as one looks back<br />

over time.<br />

Hence, the Holy Spirit, which has been given<br />

to us by the Christ will create in us a mind that is to be
