12 Tighten the hex screw.<br />

13 Repeatedly cycle the actuator via the software “Load” and “Inject”<br />

buttons.<br />

For the next few cycles the valve will operate at half its normal speed<br />

(noted by a low pitch sound emitted as the actuator moves) while the<br />

“smart” electronics locates the internal valve stops. Once it determines the<br />

proper stroke, the actuator will return to normal speed (when the valve is<br />

fully “trained”, the sound emitted will be of a higher pitch).<br />

14 Return the valve/pump module to its operating position.<br />

15 Reconnect all tubing.<br />

16 Check for leaks using the Xpress Config Tool to “<strong>Manual</strong> Cycle” the<br />

ASXPRESS system.<br />
