point is an event occurs for spike frequency duration but at outerpulse frequency i.e.
one time in five and that at maximum intensity otherwise less often.
Yellow (Y) primaries and converting those incoming retinal signals to Red (R),
2.5.1 MATLAB representation
A MATLAB program has been constructed to illustrate the signals leaving the retina,
initially with a scene of 128 by 128 pixels later refined to an 8 by 8 scene for quicker
implementation [appendix A]. The program utilizing the Kronecker product[168] , as
a shortcut to compose some large matrices with repeated rows or columns, consists
of six files: mixedsource.m, ysend.m, pwork.m, scan.m, subi.m and ycut.m.
In terms of the Matlab simulation the control word for the addressing which will be
the heart of the AER router is fitted in between the R, G, B and Y planes of colour.
