Mitigation/Enhancement Recommendations
12.68 Mitigation and enhancement is suggested through the June 2012 meetings (See: Appendix 2)
through the policy set SP05 ‘Design’ which recommends the use of sustainable resources with
regard to the type of resources used in development.
Suggested Monitoring Regime
12.69 Within the Level 2 policy set it is noted that potential negative effects might be noted for the
built environment in relation to prevention of development other than residential. However
this is not considered significant as other development is linked to residential within
Runnymede.
