where tí ó tóbi is a clause that modifies ilé.<br />

Some adjectives are formed from certain verbs. For example:<br />

tóbi to be big títóbi big<br />

kéré to be small kékeré small<br />

ga to be tall gíga tall<br />

sanra to be fat sísanra fat<br />

kúrú to be short kúkúrú short<br />

Kõœmi kéré.<br />

Kõmi is small.<br />

Kõœmi jõœ ènìyàn kékeré. Kõmi is a small person.<br />

Kúnlé ga.<br />

Kunle is tall.<br />

Kúnlé jõœ ènìyàn gíga. Kunle is a tall person.<br />
