hereby determines to ratify said Amendment to the Memorandum
of Understanding.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATSONVILLE, CALIFORNIA, AS
FOLLOWS:
That First Amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding
between the Municipal Employee Relations Officer and the Public
Safety Mid-Management Unit, attached hereto marked Exhibit "A,"
and incorporated herein by this reference, is hereby ratified for
fiscal years July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010; July 1, 2010 to June
30, 2011; and July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012; or until a new
agreement has been executed.
