City Council _________ RESOLUTION NO.__________ (CM) A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATSONVILLE APPROVING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF WATSONVILLE AND THE PÁJARO VALLEY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, FOR USE OF THE WATSONVILLE HIGH SCHOOL POOL FOR THE CITY’S 2009 SUMMER AQUATICS PROGRAM, AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAME BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATSONVILLE, CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the Agreement between the City of Watsonville and the Pájaro Valley Unified School District, a political subdivision of the State of California, for the use of the Watsonville High School pool for the City’s 2009 Summer Aquatics Program, a copy of which Agreement is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, is fair and equitable and is hereby ratified and approved.
