WHEREAS - Watsonville California

Management Unit, in accordance with provisions of the Milias-
Myers-Brown Act (Section 3500 et seq. of the Government Code)
and City of Watsonville Resolution No. 56-08 (CM), and City of
Watsonville Administrative Rule V.1.1., met and conferred in good
faith and wish to implement a temporary alternative work schedule
for personnel assigned to the Patrol Division of the Watsonville
Police Department; and
WHEREAS, the parties have agreed to the terms as set forth
in the Side Letter, attached hereto and incorporated herein as
Exhibit “A”; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Watsonville after
reviewing the Side Letter hereby determines to approve said Side
Letter to the Memorandum of Understanding.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATSONVILLE, CALIFORNIA, AS
FOLLOWS:
