CITY OF WATSONVILLE REJECTING CLAIM OF
ANTONE G. BASICH FOR DAMAGES

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATSONVILLE, CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS:
That the claim of Antone G. Basich for damages, which
was filed with the City Clerk on May 4, 2009, be and the same
is hereby rejected.
