• Led the supply chain consulting and delivery initiative at two Fortune 500 Telecom manufacturing clients<br />
($5-10M/yr in consulting) looking to re-engineer their business models- manufacturing to integration<br />
centric. This involved working with the CSO and other key executives to accelerate the execution of their<br />
plans for eliminating their manufacturing assets and transitioning to a new business model. Received the<br />
“Exceeding Customer Expectations Award” in 2000 on the Telecom consulting engagements.<br />
• Received the “Customer Management Award” in 1998 for leadership at a flagship CPG client.<br />
