Additionally, mandatory land acquisition would be required on the Runway 16 End,along the Partially Relocated <strong>Airport</strong> Road, for the Integrated Cargo Facility, and along Realigned Main Avenue. Anincrease of at least DNL 1.5 dB at or above DNL 65 dB would occur south of the Runway 5 End under the predicted2015, 2020, and 2025 noise conditions. Residential parcels that would be affected by noise levels at or above DNL 70 dBin 2020 and some neighboring properties would be eligible for participation in a Future Build VLAP.
