The air quality impact during construction would be a function of the number, types ofequipment, and operating hours.5.7.5.1 Alternative B2Annual construction phase and maximum construction-related emissions from Alternative B2 for the phases ofconstruction from 2015 and 2020 are provided in Table 5-87. During the 2015 phase of construction, 2013 isforecasted to have the highest total construction-related emissions for all pollutants analyzed due to the amountof construction equipment utilized for this time period. During the 2020 phase of construction, 2020 is expectedto have the highest total construction-related emissions for all pollutants (except for CO which would be 2018);due to the amount of construction equipment utilized for this timeframe.
