During the 2015 phase ofconstruction, 2014 is forecasted to have the highest total construction-related emissions for all pollutantsanalyzed due to the amount of construction equipment utilized in this time period. During the 2020phase of construction, 2016 is expected to have the highest total construction related emissions for allpollutants; due to the amount of construction equipment deployed in this timeframe.
