Advanced Call HandlingIf you...Want to view priority level of a callThen...Look for an MLPP icon on your phone screen:Priority callMedium priority (immediate) callHigh priority (flash) callWant to accept a higher-priority callHear a continuous tone interruptingyour callHighest priority (flash override) or ExecutiveOverride callHigher priority calls are displayed at the top of your call list.If you do not see an MLPP icon, the priority level of the callis normal (routine).Answer the call as usual. If necessary, end an active call first.You or the other party are receiving a call that must preemptthe current call.
