Torso of a standing female figure, wearing under-chitonof fine texture and over-chiton with a diploidion whichis worn so as to leave the left shoulder bare ; thefigure also has sandals. The hair falls in locks on theshoulders, and in a mass at the back. The head, armsand left shoulder are wanting. From the smaller templeat Bhamnus. Presented by J. P. Cast of a relief, representing a female figure steppinginto a chariot, holding the reins in her extended hands.The figure is probably that of a goddess.
