There they wouldcompletely fill another container with low-grade raisins. That waswhat Aloony would ship off to Arafat.Stoler (Aitan) told Aloony to bring the money with him because hewanted several hours to get away. "No problem," said Aloony. "I'llbring the money. But I sleep with the raisins in the warehouse.""Okay," said Stoler, his heart stopping for a moment. "I'll pick youup tomorrow at 6 p.m.""But you said in the morning," said Aloony."I know, but it's not a good idea to go in there in the daytime withweapons. Too many people around."With Aitan and the others all back at the safe house, they knewthey had a problem. How would they switch the containers in thewarehouse if Aloony was sleeping with them?Meanwhile, a small, single-family house outside Vienna was nowloaded with the weapons Hussein had ordered. The katsa notifiedHussein that his assistant would make the transaction, askinghim to bring $3.7 million to the meeting place, after which hewould be given the key to the house and the address. The planwas that they would pick up one of Hussein's men, then take himblindfolded to the house so he could check the equipment. In Geneva, Ganud had already providedabout $5 million in interim financing for the Hamburg deal and$3.7 million in Vienna.At 6 p.m. on July 28, Aloony was picked up and driven to thewarehouse. He asked to do a spot check of several cartons. Oncehe was satisfied, they loaded the goods into the containers, withraisins covering them, and sealed the container. Aloony was readyto hand over the money, but Stoler said, "Not here, there are toomany people around. Let's go to the car. It's more private."While they were in the car, Stoler completed a spot check of hisown, using an electronic device on some of the bundles to makesure the U.S. dollars were not counterfeit. As that was going on,the duplicate container hooked onto the chain at the top of thewarehouse was quickly lowered, and the container with theweapons was hoisted to the ceiling, hauled along to the back of thewarehouse, and dropped behind some other containers.The whole switch took only about 10 or 15 minutes, but whenAloony came back, he saw what appeared to be the identicalcontainer with the identical seal. What he didn't see was its newcontents. The next day, his raisins safely stowed, Aloony set sailfor Beirut.After Aloony had left, the Mossad men went into the warehouse,loaded the weapons from the first container onto a truck, and tookthem back to the dealer. As for the surplus raisins, they were sentoff to Israel.The same night, the deal to trade the hashish for the missiles wascompleted in Frankfurt, and the Black Bloc man was told to bringhis team next day to remove the weapons. The hashish washanded over to a man from Panama's F-7 (the special security unitHarari had trained). The hash was taken to Panama in exchangefor a credit of about $7 million. The idea was to sell it on the U.S.market where it commands a much higher price than in Europe.Once the Panamanians sold it, they would give the Mossad the $7million and keep for themselves whatever profit they made.The next day, when the Black Bloc members came to pick
