Cost estimation wasbased on information from three data sources (sanitationprogram or project documents, the provider or supplier ofsanitation services, and the ESI household questionnaire,described in section 3.3.5. Data from these three sourceswere compiled, compared, and adjusted, and finally enteredinto standardized cost tabulation sheets.
