Cost estimation wasbased on <strong>in</strong>formation from three data sources (sanitationprogram or project documents, the provider or supplier <strong>of</strong>sanitation services, and the ESI household questionnaire,described <strong>in</strong> section 3.3.5. Data from these three sourceswere compiled, compared, and adjusted, and f<strong>in</strong>ally entered<strong>in</strong>to standardized cost tabulation sheets.
