The articlereferred to by which some were condemned to death and others to ten yearswith or without retention provided only the following:The objects of this law are the cases formed against conspiracy or machinationsdirected against the observance of the Constitution, or against the internal orexternal security of the State, or against the sacred and inviolable person of theconstitutional King.4252
