Um die von der Idee der Inklusion geforderte Aufteilung
in Normalschule und Sonderschule zu überwinden,
wird die Zusammenarbeit der Fachbereiche Heilpädagogik
und Pädagogik permanent weiter entwickelt.
Beitrag zur Entwicklung der anthroposophischen
Bewegung
Neben einer guten Vernetzung innerhalb der Berufsverbände
und Behinderten-Organisationen ist uns die
Zusammenarbeit mit der anthroposophischen Bewegung
wichtig, zum einen über den Verband durch die
Konferenz der anthroposophischen Arbeitsfelder der
Schweiz, zum andern durch die Mitarbeit in der Konferenz
für Heilpädagogik und Sozialtherapie. Weiterhin
soll die Mitarbeit an einer Vielzahl von lokalen und
regionalen Aktivitäten gewährleistet werden, die von
den Institutionen und Schulen ausgehen.
Contribution to the development of the anthroposophical
movement
Apart from the networking within the association and
the special needs centres, much value is placed on
cooperating with the anthroposophical movement.
This happens, on the one hand, via the association
through the Anthroposophical Fields of Work Council
in Switzerland, on the other hand by working with
the Curative Education and Social Therapy Council.
Over and above that, we aim to join in with the local
and regional activities of schools and institutions.

Interview Lukas Hermanek
Lukas Hermanek, 25, is completing his training as a social educator at HFHS in
Dornach and at Buechehof Lostorf.
Ich besuchte bis zur zwölften Klasse die Waldorfschule.
Jetzt befasse ich mich im Rahmen meiner praxisintegrierten
Ausbildung zum Sozialpädagogen
an der HFHS mit Interesse aktiv mit der anthroposophischen
Heilpädagogik und Sozialtherapie und
ich erlebe ein grosses Feld, in das ich immer weiter
vorstosse. Ich arbeite in einer Wohngruppe für seelenpflegebedürftige
Menschen in einer anthroposophisch
orientierten Institution.
Seit meiner Schulzeit beschäftige ich mich mit der
ganzheitlichen Sichtweise der Anthroposophie.
Ich arbeitete über drei Jahre in der biologischdynamischen
Landwirtschaft und studierte deren

I attended Waldorf school through the 12th grade.
Now, within the framework of my practice-oriented
training as a social educator at HFHS, I am
actively interested in anthroposophic curative
education and social therapy and experience it
as a broad field in which I continue to advance.
I work in a group residence for people with developmental
disabilities in an anthroposophically
oriented institution.
I have studied the holistic perspective of anthroposophy
since my school days. I worked
in and studied the basics of biodynamic agriculture
for over three years. When I decided to
