Zentrale Entwicklungen und Ereignisse der letzten
Jahre waren der Ausbau des Beratungszentrums «Podero»,
in dem Kinder und Eltern Hilfe finden können
sowie der Aufbau des kulturellen und inklusiven Treffpunktes
im Janusz Korczak Zentrum.
Zukünftige Aufgaben
Ein nächster Schritt besteht in der Entwicklung von Modellen
zur Inklusion, die das Kinderzentrum Ümüt-Nadjeschda
gemeinsam mit der Stiftung von Rosa Otunbajeva,
die als Präsidentin von Kirgistan die UN-Konvention über
die Rechte für Menschen mit Behinderungen unterschrieben
hat, anstrebt.
Fachlich beschäftigen uns vor allem Fragen zur individuellen
Förderung und Wahrnehmung von Kindern mit
mehrfachen Behinderungen und die Bearbeitung dieser
Fragen mit den Studierenden im Seminar.
Einen wichtigen Beitrag für die anthroposophische Bewegung
sehen wir in der über viele Jahre gefestigten Erfahrung
der Entstehung eines geistigen Raumes durch die
gemeinsame und regelmässige Arbeit an der «Philosophie
der Freiheit», der selbst in den zwei Bürgerkriegen nicht zerstört
werden konnte.

Tasks for the future
The next step is to continue with the development of inclusion
models, an endeavour that the Umut-Nadezhda
Centre shares with the Foundation of Rosa Otunbayeva
who, as Kyrgyzstan’s president, has signed the UN Convention
on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
Internally we are studying ways of perceiving and
supporting the individual children with multiple disabilities
and ways of working on the corresponding
questions with the student teachers at the seminar.
We see it as an important contribution to the anthroposophical
movement that we have been able to consolidate
our work over the years and to create, through
our joint and regular work on the ‹Philosophy of Freedom›,
a spiritual space that was strong enough to survive
two civil wars.
