Grundlagen. Bei der Entscheidung zum Wechsel in
die soziale Arbeit war für mich klar, dass ich meine
Ausbildung mit einem anthroposophischen Hintergrund
machen will.
Es ist wichtig, dass anthroposophische Heilpädagogik
und Sozialtherapie offen für Neues bleiben und sich
mit den Bedürfnissen der Menschen und dem Weltgeschehen
entwickeln, um nicht an Aktualität zu
verlieren. Heilpädagogik und Sozialtherapie haben
auch einen Bildungsauftrag und können dadurch
Einfluss nehmen.
Das Wichtigste ist ein Umfeld, das sich mit der Anthroposophie
befasst und Menschen, die weiter denken
und zusammen etwas erreichen wollen. Aktuell
finde ich genau das in meiner Ausbildung an der
HFHS. Danach könnte ich mir vorstellen, dass mir
Vorträge und Literatur eine gute Unterstützung
sind, um mich weiter mit der Anthroposophie auseinanderzusetzen.
Der Umgang mit dem aktuellen Geschehen, damit wir
den Bezug zur Spiritualität nicht verlieren, als Gemeinschaft
nicht auseinanderfallen und uns nicht im
Übermass vom Materialismus verlieren, sind essentielle
Themen.
Die Anthroposophie gibt Erklärungen für viele Fragen,
die Menschen in meinem Umfeld bewegen. Sie
bietet die Chance zur Mitwirkung und ermöglicht
es, ergänzende Sichtweisen zu gewinnen und somit
eine allgemeine Entwicklung anzustossen.
Ich höre immer wieder Ansichten, die auf der Grundlage
der Anthroposophie formuliert werden, welche
für mich zu wenig Freiraum lassen und nicht
stimmig sind. Daher ist mir sehr wichtig, dass den
Menschen, welche sich mit Anthroposophie beschäftigen
und ihre Ansichten darauf aufbauen, ein
individueller Freiraum zugestanden wird. Das erlaubt
es, sich ohne Vorurteile und aus Eigenmotivation
heraus mit einem Thema zu befassen und einen
persönlichen Zugang zur Anthroposophie zu finden.

It is important that anthroposophic curative education
and social therapy remain open to new

world events, so as to remain relevant. Curative
education and social therapy have the task of
education, which enabled them to be an influence

The most important thing is an environment
that is engaged in anthroposophy and
people who think further and want to achieve
something together. I currently have precisely this
in my training at HFHS. After I finish, I imagine
that lectures and literature will be of help to me
in continuing to work with anthroposophy.
Dealing with current events so that we don’t lose
our connection to spirituality, fall apart as a community,
or lose ourselves in an excess of materialism
is essential.
Anthroposophy gives explanatory approaches
for many questions that are relevant to people
around me. It offers the opportunity to contribute
and enables us to gain additional perspectives,
thereby stimulating general development.
I often hear opinions based on anthroposophy
that are too narrow for me and don’t feel right.
Therefore, it is important to me that people who
are active in anthroposophy and build their opinions
based on it are allowed individual freedom.
This enables us to occupy ourselves with a topic
without prejudice and of our own motivation, and
to find a personal connection to anthroposophy.
