Interview
Mich interessierten immer Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen.
Ich hatte viele Fragen, wie: Hat meine
logopädische Arbeit einen Sinn, wenn das Kind
niemals sprechen wird? Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass
ich das Richtige tue, aber ich wollte mehr von
diesen Menschen erfahren, ihre Welt besser verstehen
und wie ich sie individuell und zielgerichtet
fördern könnte. Bereits im ersten Studienjahr
begann ich die Arbeit mit behinderten Kindern
und lernte später im heilpädagogischen Zentrum
«Sonnenhof» die Arbeit mit schwerstbehinderten
Kindern kennen. Ich war beeindruckt, wie glücklich
sie sind, denn in dem staatlichen Internat, in dem
ich vorher gearbeitet hatte, erlebte ich eine ganz
andere Atmosphäre und ein anderes Verhältnis
zu den Kindern erlebt. Das Lernen im Seminar ist
eines der wichtigsten Ereignisse sowohl in meinem
beruflichen als auch im Privatleben.
Ich möchte, dass in der Ukraine anthroposophische
heilpädagogische Einrichtungen nicht nur für Kinder,
sondern auch für Jugendliche und ältere Leute
entstehen. Das ist mein Traum und Ziel.
Das Wichtigste ist bei der Arbeit mit beeinträchtigten
Kindern die persönliche Entwicklung des/der
PädagogIn. Je mehr ich mich entwickle, umso mehr
verstehe ich, dass ich das Kind nur eine Etappe in
seinem Leben begleiten kann. Es ist sehr wichtig,
sich geistig und professionell weiter zu bilden.
Die Gesellschaft soll die Menschen unabhängig von
einer Behinderung akzeptieren. Nur so ist der
Mensch seinen Namen als Mensch wert. Heilpädagogik
und Anthroposophie können dabei
helfen und ich habe den Wunsch, dass viel mehr
Menschen sie kennen lernen. Je mehr sich ein
Mensch in die Anthroposophie vertieft, umso
mehr erkennt er die Welt, versteht und akzeptiert
die Welt und die Menschen und seine Liebe zu
allem und zu allen wächst.
I have always been interested in people with
disabilities. I had many questions, such as: Does
my work as a speech pathologist have any
meaning if the child will never learn to speak? I
had the feeling that I was doing the right thing,
but I wanted to understand more about these
people and their world, and how I could support
them individually and purposefully. In my
first year of studies I immediately began work
with children with disabilities, and later became
familiar with working with children with severe
disabilities at the curative education centre,
‹Sonnenhof›. I was impressed with how happy
they are, as I had experienced a very different
atmosphere and relationship to the children in a
government boarding school where I had worked
previously.
My studies at the Seminar are one of the most
important events in my life, both professionally
and personally.
I would like for there to be anthroposophic curative
education institutions in the Ukraine not only
for children, but also for youth and older people.
This is my dream and my goal.
In working with children with disabilities, the
most important thing is the teacher’s development.
The more I develop, the more I understand
that I can only accompany the children for a
stage of their life. Continuing to grow both spiritually
and professionally is extremely important.
Society should accept people regardless of their
ability or disability. Only then do we earn our title
of human beings. Curative education and anthroposophy
can help with this, and I hope that many
more people will learn about it. The more we immerse
ourselves in anthroposophy, the more we
can recognize the world, the more we can understand
and accept the world and human beings,
and the more our love for all beings grows.
