Business operations and supply chains are the primary business functions that create the products<br />

and services organizations offer to satisfy customer needs. Launch your career in supply chain<br />

and operations through this program, which will include hands-on projects and assignments that<br />

will simulate actual business settings. As a result, you will become skilled at analyzing business<br />

processes to improve productivity, developing and implementing quality management programs,<br />

applying team approach principles to examine operations problems and develop solutions, and<br />

enhancing the performance of a firm’s supply chain.<br />

Turn your ability to communicate into a career that will see you creating a positive customer<br />

experience while being the face and voice of any company. In just 14 weeks, you will develop the<br />

skills for a career in contact centre operations by learning core topics such as: customer service,<br />

sales and marketing, computer applications and understanding customer expectations. By<br />

completing the program, you will become a customer service professional who can navigate difficult<br />

customer situations, deal with customer objections, use a model for effective complaint resolutions,<br />

and implement assertive techniques and positive language to handle challenging situations.<br />
