This program will not only train you on the latest technology and techniques, but it will also cover<br />
business theory for a lasting career. Through an interactive approach, you will develop the skills to<br />
compete in commercial photography and learn what it takes to grow your brand and create images<br />
for diverse clients. Additionally, by participating in initiatives such as Story Arts Image Xchange — a<br />
real-world stock agency and incubator for emerging photographers and creative content creators —<br />
you will have opportunities to publish and showcase your work at local galleries. To complement your<br />
training, you will complete a seven-week field placement.<br />

3 years/6 semesters Fall Ontario College Advanced Diploma Story Arts<br />
Toy, furniture and automotive manufacturers all need product designers. Product Design and<br />
Development will prepare you for an exciting, creative career within these industries. In the only<br />
program of its kind in Canada, you will learn to develop high-tech, ecological and socially responsible<br />
products, from concept through to production. Through interdisciplinary projects, you will advance<br />
your creative design and problem-solving abilities and strategies by drawing, model-making,<br />
advanced 3D computer assisted design and modelling, and rapid prototyping on industry-standard<br />
software. You will then have the opportunity to bring your ideas to market with ACCEL (Centennial’s<br />
business incubator) and a course during which you will work with real-world clients to gain<br />
industry experience.<br />
