If a rule can be defined in this sense, it is to
represent the concepts in the form of images
and to argue them with stories and episodes that
led to the creation of that specific slide.
A narrative path turns out to be much more
effective than bulleted lists, which are also rather
boring (Gallo, 2020 [3]).
The best way to start a lesson is to inquire about
your students. From what experiences do they
come and what are the expectations they have
for that specific training course.
A lesson does not have a rigid ladder engraved
in stone but shall be flexible and ready to be
changed according to the needs of the audience.
A good lesson is like water in a container:
it takes its shape and fills it without leaving
empty spaces. Before starting a lesson, a good
teacher recites his mantra, “be fluid like water.”
This represents the model of teacher to which
the student should go after, as it represents
the right balance between didactic knowledge
and practical application.
We shall never forget that the best teachers
are also those who have done that job personally
in the past. If we expect to learn about
the problems that may arise during the
installation and use of an elevator, it would be
advisable to turn to a teacher who has performed
that job before he could teach it effectively
to his students.
The selection of the teacher is as important
as the selection of the course in which
we want to participate.
Choosing a training course is an important
strategic choice and should appear among
the priorities of good management.
Thanks to the resources made available by new
digital technologies, it should not be too complex
to carry out research to understand which
direction we want to follow.

device, which requires a holistic view
of its characteristics.
Teachers that have practical experience
on the subject they teach and who are not limited
to the theoretical part are to be preferred.
But the most important components of a training
course are the students.
The student should be motivated to acquire
knowledge and should be determined to maintain
concentration and study the material discussed
in the classroom.
Only in this way can we rise to higher levels
of professionalism.
Students should give preference to teachers
with whom they can have an open discussion
and who are available to answer questions
following the training course: this is the moment
when the most important questions shall arise.

La maniera migliore per iniziare una lezione
è quella di informarsi sui propri studenti.
Da quali esperienze provengono e quali sono
le aspettative che hanno per quello specifico
corso di formazione. Una lezione non ha una
rigida scaletta incisa nella pietra, ma deve essere
flessibile e pronta ad essere cambiata in base alle
esigenze del pubblico. Una buona lezione è come
l’acqua in un contenitore: ne prende la forma e
lo riempie senza lasciare spazi vuoti. Prima di
iniziare una lezione, un buon insegnante recita il
suo mantra, “sii fluido come l’acqua”.
Questo rappresenta il modello di insegnante
a cui lo studente dovrebbe tendere, in quanto
rappresenta il giusto equilibrio tra conoscenza
didattica e applicazione pratica. Non
dimentichiamo mai che i migliori insegnanti
sono anche quelli che hanno svolto quel lavoro
personalmente in passato. Se ci aspettiamo di
apprendere i problemi che possono sorgere
durante l’installazione e l’uso di un ascensore,
sarebbe consigliabile rivolgersi a un insegnante
che abbia svolto quel lavoro prima di poterlo
insegnare efficacemente ai propri studenti.
La selezione dell’insegnante è importante quanto
la selezione del corso a cui vogliamo partecipare.
La scelta di un corso di formazione è
un’importante scelta strategica e dovrebbe apparire
tra le priorità della buona gestione lavorativa.
Grazie alle risorse rese disponibili dalle nuove
tecnologie digitali, non dovrebbe essere troppo
complesso condurre ricerche per capire quale
direzione vogliamo seguire. Un ascensore è
un dispositivo elettromeccanico complesso,
che richiede una visione olistica delle sue
caratteristiche. Devono essere privilegiati i docenti
che hanno esperienza pratica sulla materia che
insegnano e che non si limitano alla parte teorica.
Ma la componente più importante di un corso
di formazione sono gli studenti. Lo studente
dovrebbe essere motivato ad acquisire conoscenze
e dovrebbe essere determinato a mantenere la
concentrazione e studiare il materiale discusso
in classe. Solo in questo modo è possibile
raggiungere livelli più elevati di professionalità.
Gli studenti dovrebbero dare la preferenza
agli insegnanti con i quali possono instaurare
una discussione aperta e che siano disponibili
a rispondere alle domande dopo il corso
di formazione: questo è il momento in cui
nascono le questioni più importanti. Dopo
aver studiato il materiale esaminato in classe,
durante la fase di studio, sorgono le domande
più critiche da affrontare. Solo con una relazione
diretta studente-insegnante, si può procedere
