The Founder and Chairman of Vibgyor
High Schools, Mr. Rustom Kerawalla
foresaw innumerable possibilities in
the education industry. This led him
to make a switch from hospitality to
education sector. He observed that the
education model was still following the
outdated methods of teaching and was
not sufficient to provide the students
with the skills required in the real world.
He further found that there was a lot to
be done in terms of management and
organizing of things. Hence, to overcome
these inconsistencies, he established
Vibgyor High Schools in 2004 to impart
education that inculcates intellectual
intelligence, academic brilliance and
generate love for learning in students.
Currently, he is running 39 schools all
across India and nurturing over 55,000
students. Mr. Kerawalla believes that
education should not be confined to
bookish knowledge; therefore, he and
his team of highly experienced teachers
have developed well-researched
scholastic and co-scholastic activities
to ensure 360 degree development of a
child.

programme – ‘SPA’ – by blending sports
and performing arts together to bring
out the hidden talent in the students.
These activities boost up the students’
confidence and prepare them well
to take any challenges. He ensures a

by providing worldwide exposure with
world-class amenities. He has added
many features to deliver best sports
facility for the students, including onfield
practice sessions, visits to stadiums,
inter-school tournaments, aperture
value (AV) exposure to animated and
live matches and coaching techniques.
The students can also access numerous
sports related books in the library, get tips
on sports injuries and diet, and interact
with players of repute to build team spirit
and develop a strong character.
Under his able leadership, the schools
follow well-designed ICSE, CBSE
and IGCSE curricula, comprising
academics, sports, arts and real-life
experiences, which empowers the
students and lays a strong foundation
for their future. He provides top-notch
infrastructure for education and sports,
including basketball, handball, football,
judo, skating and gymnastics, to ensure
a comfortable and carefree environment
to the students; it also instils the spirit of
competitiveness in the students.
The facilities include a swimming pool
that spans half the length of a standard
Olympic-sized pool ideal for emergent
swimmers. His deep-rooted insight
has fuelled the growth of Vibgyor High
Schools in a very short span of time. His
prime objective is to develop his students
intellectually, aesthetically, physically
and culturally. Therefore, he has built
a system incorporated with a unique
