state-of-the-art infrastructure, machinery
and equipment including crushers,
excavators, rock breakers and dumpers,
and led it to be the first company in India
to install the latest L&T-Kemco advanced
sand plant model E7- 60 for the production
of manufactured sand.
Proof of his ingenious efforts are visible
in the form of extraordinary success for
SKGC, as it is a 100% debt-free company,
and also boasts of receiving India’s largest
single-order which they acquired for
around of 30 Lac Metric Ton.

For best results and highest-quality
delivery assurance, Dr. Gupta has focused
on developing a strong and state-of-the-art
infrastructural base.
Today, he can boast of 4 plants in
Rajasthan with a production capacity of
250,000 MT/month, 5 hectares of selfmines
in Navi Mumbai, 15 hectares of
mines in Rajasthan, 2 plants of 250 TPH
each in Mumbai with a production capacity
of 140,000 MT/month, and an integrated
fleet of 52 highway trailers and an attached
fleet of more than 200 vehicles.
He expands, “My company has taken
numerous steps to ensure the delivery of
quality assured material. Some of them
include delivery from a single source
that ensures consistency and quality;
latest machinery, sieves, and equipment;
approval of quarry/crushers by principle
clients like Delhi Metro Rail Corporation,
PWD, NHAI, AAI, Rapid Metro, Mumbai
Metro, DIAL, MIAL, Hindon Airport,
Delhi–Meerut Expressway and many
more; quality assurance labs that check
the produced materials for a quality
benchmark and research the possibilities
of better production; implementation of
fleet management and proof of delivery
software to ensure a timely and accurate
delivery; and soon-to-be India’s first BIS
certification (IS 383) for aggregates and
artificial sand.”

He shares, “I think of myself as an

his employees, vendors, and customers.

hardworking employees. I constantly look
forward to new technologies to merge
with my business. I try my best to always
be polite and am strictly against cursing.
This brings my employees closer to me and
motivates them to always be honest.”

and profession from Tata Group, he says,

helped me to succeed by giving me the
strength to follow my principles, values,
and place them before personal benefits.”
Organized Approach to Business
Supplying materials in over 14 States of
India, he has promoted use of M-Sand
in Northern and Western parts of India,
while taking care of the environment and
preventing river destruction.
In his own words, “Our journey started
in 1999 with a reference order from one
of our infrastructure clients buying steel
from us. We found that business had been
scattered and highly unorganized in the
Construction industry. We organized the
business prospects with a commitment
for supplies, quality improvement and
compliance with government norms, which
gave us an extra edge. Clients noticed
us as an organized business group in an
unorganized sector, and we got preference
for their requirement. “Our unique selling
point includes delivering hassle-free and
supreme quality aggregates and artificial
sand. Furthermore we deliver material in
entire India.”
He is always eager to meet challenges
head-on, and solving problems through
experiences and ingenious insights.
He says that “In my profession, main
challenges to business were absence of
quality units producing good material
as per norms, and resistance from local
people thwarting individuals and business
people from outside to install new and
quality capacities. However, we got the
latest plant and machineries across the
globe to venture quality productions. Local
administration was approached and they
cooperated with us in neutralizing the
local resistance.”
