The Vice-Chairman of UrbanRise, Mr. Suneel Bommireddy is the driving
force behind its success story. With his finely honed business acumen,
he has been reviving India’s real estate industry with the help of his
breakthrough ideas and is the mastermind behind most of the iconic
structures in Chennai, Hyderabad, and Bangalore
2016, he took the initiative of making
his projects RERA-ready for exploring
lucrative opportunities. Consequently,
he became the first real estate developer
in Chennai to log his files at TN RERA
as soon as the bill was rolled out in Tamil
Nadu.

believes in delegating the right tasks
to the right people. He has created a
team of dedicated and proactive leaders
to whom he assigns projects and other
important tasks and gives them free rein
to work, besides motivating them to take

entrepreneur from a very young age.
Today, he is a competent leader having
over 23 years of experience as a civil
engineering consultant. He has carved
a niche for himself in the industry
by successfully executing multiple
independent homes, large apartment
complexes, as well as processing plants.
As the Vice-Chairman of UrbanRise,
he heads the strategic finance,
asset acquisitions, legal, and liaison
departments. The leader holds a
Civil Engineering Degree from Sri
Venkateswara (SV) University in
Tirupati (Andhra Pradesh), India.

Suneel is an optimistic person and
a bold entrepreneur who believes in
staying positive even during times of
hardships. He sticks to Warren Buffet’s
philosophy, “Be fearful when others are

Despite facing severe challenges of the
housing bubble, recession, GST rollout,
demonetization, the introduction of
RERA Bill, and December 2015 floods in
Chennai, Suneel never gave up. Rather,
he stood up to adversity to create an
opportunity out of the obstacles. For
example, when demonetization struck,
he took up every adversity bravely and
generated the highest sales. Similarly,

brand. Under Suneel’s stewardship,

25000 homes. What’s more, he hopes
to develop one million homes over the
