As the business head of Encraft India Pvt. Ltd., Avanish Singh Visen has a rich
experience in many different fields such as automotive, information technology,

manufacturing fenestration products specially designed to suit the weather conditions
and space management in urban India. He looks after an extensive portfolio of
UPVC products, including casement window, Twin Sash sliding window, Tilt N Turn
window, casement doors, Tilt NSlide doors, Fold NSlide doors, Lift NSlide doors,
Couplings NSpecial and wood finishes. Under his able guidance and supervision,
the company has transformed the conventional fenestration industry by introducing

A DECORATED ARMY VETERAN
Dr. Joseph Thomas is an extremely well read persona with a rich educational
background. He is a Post Graduate in History and holds a Doctorate in Management
and Literature. His vast worldview has evolved with his career as a defence personnel
who served the Indian army for over 2 decades. He was part of the Indian Peace
Keeping Force, Operation Vijay (Kargil War) and many such missions, and also had
the privilege of working with the former President of India, Late Shri APJ Abdul
Kalam, and DRDO team during the Pokhran II Nuclear Tests and was instrumental
in providing telecommunication network in the Pokhran desert.
He is a recipient of many Army honors and is a well decorated officer. He was
awarded Kargil Medal, Operation Vijay Star, Siachen Glacier High Altitude Medal,
Sainya Seva Medal with CLASP Assam, Bengal and J&K. He was also recognized by
the Indian army for his good conduct and long service to the nation.
