A degree holder in Hotel Management from Swiss Hotel Management School in Caux,
Switzerland, he is efficiently driving his father’s renowned hospitality business to
newer territories of success
Soon after completing his graduation and
hotel management, Mr. Shetty decided
to complete his Master’s degree in the
same stream. In order to acquire state-ofthe-art
proficiency in hospitality management,
Mr. Shetty underwent intensive training at the
prestigious Fairmont Outlet in Switzerland. He
also spent some time working at the Taj Lands
End in Mumbai to have first-hand experience of
the indigenous hospitality environment. Today,
Gaurav Shetty is the deserving successor of
the MRG Group hospitality empire. Initially, he
was assigned the job of supervising a group of
5 hotels and 16 restaurants. The enterprising

of high-end restaurants founded by Mr. Shetty
