successes, Chris feels that “We mistreat
the market a lot in terms of the demand
for technology that is available in India.
Almost everyone is adapting to Cloud
these days, because of its ease of use, and
features such as ‘pay-as-you-go’ and ‘youuse-what-you-want’,
which makes it like an
electricity bulb. That’s actually the future of
technology and infrastructure worldwide.
However, in terms of demand, the country
is vastly unexplored.
“Most of the Cloud players want a big
account, a million-dollar account; however,
India is a market where 57 million small
and medium-sized businesses exist, and if
anyone is able to tap into those businesses,
it’s almost a 20-billion dollar market.”
He understands that the business is
slow these days, and most Cloud providers
have started exploring the SME channel
for business, and very soon the demand
from both urban and rural India would
grow. He believes, “Mostly demand for
Cloud services emerge from Urban India
because of the connectivity, as connectivity
is spreading quickly across India thanks to
Jio and other service providers who are
bringing the necessary bandwidth, making
Cloud services easier and cheaper to use in
all parts of India.”

Being recognized for provision of excellent

the Year Award for India, where the winners
were chosen from 2,900+ entrants from
115 countries. It was honoured among a
global field of top Microsoft partners for

based on Microsoft technology, and for
providing outstanding solutions and
services, as well as representing excellent
subsidiary engagement in India.
Always finding his happiness in mutual
growth and everyone’s success, he advises
young entrepreneurs that they must stick
on. He urges, “The first three to four years
are the most difficult for any entrepreneur.
Difficulty means things wouldn’t happen
as planned, you would not be recognized,
and there would be very little support from
people around you. However, you must
be determined, believe in the value you
are creating, believe in yourself and your
vision, and just stick on. Because when you
stick on, you’ll see that things change and
they change very fast.”
