Production Precision
Production Precision
The internal and external geometry of the
implants and abutments are machined,
with the exception of the milled cams
and grooves. This means that production
tolerances can be kept very tight, and a
precision fit with rotational stability
(0.5°-1.0°) is ensured for all system
components. This is an essential requirement
in the fabrication of prosthetic
restorations, starting with the transfer of
the implant position to the master cast
and continuing up to the final oral insertion.
Materials
All CAMLOG ® implants are made of
pure grade 4 titanium. The abutments,
caps, and abutment screws are made of
titanium alloy Ti6AI4V (ASTM F136) (see
Information - "Materials").
