Once the retention screw is unscrewed,<br />

detach the adapter for screw implants,<br />

long, from the implant. Remove the silicone<br />

plug from the prefastened handle<br />

of the implant, then pick up the cover<br />

screw with the screwdriver and insert it<br />

in the implant manually (Caution!<br />

Danger of aspiration). The cover screw<br />

must not be power tightened. A healing<br />

cap should be used for the transgingival<br />

healing method (see page 137).<br />
