ROOT-LINE Insertion<br />

You have three options for the final<br />

insertion of the implant:<br />

- Power-assisted insertion (A)<br />

- Manual insertion with the torque<br />

wrench and driver (B)<br />

- Manual insertion with the cardanic<br />

driver (C)<br />

During insertion, make sure to use the<br />

external mark for the groove position in<br />

the implant.<br />

A. Power-assisted insertion with the<br />

driver for screw implants, ISO shaft<br />

(max. 15 rpm).<br />

If the bone quality is D1 or D2 at the<br />

implant insertion site, the implant must<br />

be externally cooled (saline solution,<br />

5°C/41°F) during the insertion.<br />

B. Manual insertion with the locked<br />

torque wrench and driver (short/long)<br />

for screw implants.<br />

C. Manual insertion with the cardanic<br />

driver.
