Cleaning and<br />

Sterilization<br />

1. Instruments<br />

The <strong>CAMLOG</strong> ® Implant System instruments<br />

are not supplied in sterile form<br />

unless specifically labeled as sterile. They<br />

must be cleaned, disinfected, and sterilized<br />

before first use and before every<br />

further use on the patient.<br />

2. Prosthetic Components<br />

The prosthetic components of the<br />

<strong>CAMLOG</strong> ® Implant System are not supplied<br />

in sterile form unless specifically<br />

labeled as sterile. They must be used<br />

only once.<br />

They must be cleaned, disinfected, and<br />

sterilized before use on the patient.<br />

Exceptions: The impression cap and<br />

bite registration cap must not be<br />

sterilized.<br />
