Once the retention screw is unscrewed,<br />
detach the adapter for screw implants,<br />
long, from the implant. Remove the silicone<br />
plug from the prefastened handle<br />
of the implant, then pick up the cover<br />
screw with the screwdriver and insert it<br />
in the implant manually (Caution!<br />
Danger of aspiration).<br />
The cover screw must not be power<br />
tightened. A healing cap should be used<br />
for transgingival healing method (see<br />
page 137).<br />
