Focus on the concepts and tools used by real estate developers, investors, lenders, and government to analyze real estate<br />
developments. Students will understand financing techniques, sources <strong>of</strong> real estate credit, loan underwriting and investment<br />
analysis. Microcomputers are used to analyze the cash flow and amortization characteristics <strong>of</strong> fixed-rate, variable-rate, and<br />
graduated-payment mortgages. (Prerequisite: BUS342)<br />
