Business Administration<br />
The Business Administration major program is designed to prepare its graduates for careers in management in pr<strong>of</strong>it and not-forpr<strong>of</strong>it<br />
organizations. Students will learn the fundamental principles underlying organizations, improve their critical thinking,<br />
develop knowledge <strong>of</strong> analytical tools <strong>of</strong> management, explore the human resource component <strong>of</strong> organizations, and develop<br />
skills in analyzing and evaluating managerial problems. This program is integrated with biblical principles that equip students to<br />
conduct their careers in a manner which is consistent and reflective <strong>of</strong> their personal relationship with Christ.<br />
After completing this major, students should be able to:<br />
• Explain fundamental principles underlying organizations<br />
• Demonstrate critical thinking and interpretative skills<br />
• Demonstrate skills in using analytical management tools<br />
• Demonstrate skills in evaluating managerial problems<br />
• Demonstrate effective oral and written communication.<br />
Business Administration majors are required to take as prerequisites Macroeconomics and Microeconomics or Economics for<br />
Managers which is <strong>of</strong>fered through our Bridge Program.<br />
