2010-2011<br />
Before starting as an adjunct instructor at WJU, Nathan taught for seven years in various public<br />
and private classroom settings at the senior and junior high levels. He has been a high school<br />
soccer coach, Science Department head, and Health Academy instructor in past years. He is<br />
also a state certified scorer and trainer for the Teaching Performance Assessments (TPA’s) and<br />
has been published for his research on animal behavior.<br />
Fritz Moga<br />

Fritz has dedicated his life to serving God by teaching and caring for teenagers. After eighteen<br />
years as a Youth Pastor it was an exciting and natural step to move into teaching Youth<br />
Ministry at <strong>William</strong> <strong>Jessup</strong> <strong>University</strong>. His passion is to train up the next generation <strong>of</strong> youth<br />
leaders that will carry on ministry to teenagers both locally and globally.<br />
Fritz’s first teaching position was as a Physical Education instructor and Athletic Director at<br />
Valley Christian Junior High <strong>School</strong> in San Jose. Following that experience Fritz served as a<br />
Youth Pastor in San Jose for almost eighteen years. He has vast experience in teaching,<br />
leadership, music, camping and missions programming. Prior to joining the faculty, Fritz<br />
spent four years as WJU’s Director <strong>of</strong> Campus Ministries overseeing the chapels, small groups,<br />
and Christian service programs.<br />
Kevin Pischke<br />

North Texas, MS, 2005.<br />
As the Library Director, Kevin is responsible for the overall development, policies and services<br />
in the library. He is particularly interested in information literacy and the role libraries play in<br />
the development <strong>of</strong> these skills for lifelong learning in the digital age. He and his wife, Dena,<br />
are the proud parents <strong>of</strong> Cooper, Paige and Zeke.<br />
Prior to joining WJU, Kevin was the collection development librarian for California Baptist<br />
<strong>University</strong> in Riverside, CA.<br />
Thomas Ruscica<br />

Tom has a passion for choral music and worship in the church. He has served in music<br />
ministry in many different denominations including Assembly <strong>of</strong> God, Baptist, Church <strong>of</strong> God,<br />
and Lutheran, and enjoys learning about different styles <strong>of</strong> worship. Tom also has a passion for<br />
teaching and considers equipping the ministers and worship leaders with the necessary skills a<br />
huge responsibility.<br />
Prior to joining the faculty at <strong>William</strong> <strong>Jessup</strong> <strong>University</strong>, Tom served as worship leader and<br />
choral director at Resurrection Ministries, Shepherd <strong>of</strong> the Hills Lutheran Church, and Glendale<br />
Community Church <strong>of</strong> God. In addition to his work in the church, Tom taught music at various<br />
schools in Los Angeles, as well as at Liberty High <strong>School</strong> in Brentwood, California.<br />
