Garis Panduan Perancangan
• An integrated open space network should be provided as pedestrian
linkages, visual and recreational relief to all precincts, residential
neighbourhoods and parklands.
• Design themes to be introduced for each planning zone to create a
variety of recreational activities and place settings for all age groups
and community interest.
• Safe and convenient pedestrian access ways and linkways to and from
work places, residential areas, shopping, public amenities and parks.
• Provide appropriate and attractive tourist facilities and amenities.
• Ensure the comprehensive management of non-polluting waterfront
activities, landuses, landmarks and water features and other scenic
attractions.
