7. Only low intensity development is permitted for industrial estate with<br />

an individual permitted gross plot ratios of 0.6 with plinth area of<br />

35%.<br />

8. Maximum number of storeys permissible is 4 storeys for industrial<br />

estate.<br />

9. A minimum of 30% of the individual lot size area should be landscaped<br />

and 10% of the overall industrial estate be set aside as green area.<br />

10. Informal sector facilities be provided on the basis of 1 stall per 500<br />

workers.<br />

11. Building setback is to be provided between buildings and road besides<br />

providing a green buffer and landscaping for each lot. The setback for<br />

each individual lot should be at least 12m.<br />

12. For industrial enterprise office park the maximum site plot ratio<br />

permitted is 0.7, maximum plinth area of 35% and minimum<br />

landscape area per site of 30%.<br />
