• Types and design of building should take into consideration the<br />

demography, affordability, socio-cultural and physical characteristics of<br />

the area.<br />

• Orientation of buildings should not obstruct good views or vistas and<br />

• Accessibility to water bodies or open spaces.<br />

• Buildings should be planned to face major water bodies such as lakes<br />
