7. The intensity of housing development will be based on 15 units per<br />

hectare for low density, 30 units per hectare for medium density and<br />

37 to 100 units per hectare for high density. The density for low cost<br />

house is 150 units per hectare.<br />

8. Multiple storey housing is permissible in high density housing zone<br />

and the minimum site area is 0.8 hectare.<br />
