7. The intensity of housing development will be based on 15 units per
hectare for low density, 30 units per hectare for medium density and
37 to 100 units per hectare for high density. The density for low cost
house is 150 units per hectare.
8. Multiple storey housing is permissible in high density housing zone
and the minimum site area is 0.8 hectare.
