Dough Preparation<br />
You can easily prepare dough with the DOUGH program Of your breed baking machine. The dough<br />
can be further Worked and baked in your oven. During the 2 nd kneading phase add the ingredients<br />
when You hear the acoustic signal. In the Dough program there are no differences in the Baking<br />
levels. We will provide the doses that can be prepared. Here are a few recipes:<br />
French Baguette<br />

Program: DOUGH<br />
Divide the dough when ready into 2-4 parts, form long loat shapes and leave them to rest for 30-<br />
40 minutes. Make a series of diagonal cuts on the top surface and Put the bread to bake in the<br />
oven.<br />
Wholemeal Pizza<br />

Water 150ml 225ml<br />
Salt ½ tsp 1tsp<br />
Olive oil 2tbsp 3tbsp<br />
Wheat wholemeal flour 300g 450g<br />
Wheat germs 1tbsp 1½ tbsp<br />
Dry yeast ½ packet ¾packet<br />

Spread the dough, make round forms and leave them to rest for 10 minutes.<br />
Spread pizza sauce on the dough and the desired filling.<br />
Bake for 20 minutes.<br />
