Industry statistics consistently suggest that 80% of the time, training is NOT the most appropriate way to<br />

solve a performance gap. If training isn't the answer, e-Learning won't be either. And there are lots of ways<br />

to use electronic tools (EPSS, synchronous and asynchronous collaboration, knowledge repositories, etc.)<br />

to address that 80%, if we can just get away from the training model.<br />
