BP said Thursday that it has started construction in Houston on a new
facility that will house what’s being billed as the world’s largest complex
of supercomputers for commercial research, which the British oil giant

A strong quake centred off northeastern Japan shook buildings as far
away as Tokyo on Friday and triggered a one-metre tsunami in an area
