Growth rate and Planned Developments used in the analyses are consistent with<br />

BTD requirements and calculations presented in the NPC/PNF.<br />

Trip generation was presented in great detail in the previously submitted NPC/PNF<br />

document. The proposed program in this DPIR for Exeter Residences is 27 stories<br />

and up to 188 apartments while the 888 Boylston program is 17 stories which<br />

includes 2 floors of retail. A summary of the <strong>Project</strong> generated trips for both the<br />

Exeter Residences and 888 Boylston Street is depicted in Table 4-6 below.<br />
