Pedestrian level winds conditions were evaluated as part of a quantitative study as
required by Section 80B(2)(a) of the Boston Zoning Code. The objective of the wind
study was to assess the potential effect of the proposed development on pedestrian
level wind conditions in the Project area and provide recommendations for
minimizing adverse effects, if any.
