Pedestrian level winds conditions were evaluated as part of a quantitative study as<br />

required by Section 80B(2)(a) of the <strong>Boston</strong> Zoning Code. The objective of the wind<br />

study was to assess the potential effect of the proposed development on pedestrian<br />

level wind conditions in the <strong>Project</strong> area and provide recommendations for<br />

minimizing adverse effects, if any.
