(ii) Tie-up with LG for supplying of spare parts for the 8.5 TR ductable ACs.
(v) Tie-up with M/s Voltas Ltd. for six monthly checking/inspection/servicing of Voltas
make system installed and to attend breakdowns as required. Documentary proof to
be submitted.
(vi) To provide uniforms and safety shoes to all the personnel working inside the
premises.
(vii) To provide all the materials of original make like gudgeon pins, o-ring sets, gasket
sets, safety plates whenever the Compressors (Kirloskar/Voltas make) are opened
up during the schedule/unscheduled maintenance as mentioned elsewhere in the
tender. All these materials are required to be changed with new ones every time the
Compressors are opened up. No extra payment whatsoever shall be made on this
count.
(iv) To provide all Log books, Registers, tools & tackles required for smooth
maintenance. Pressure testing of Equipments for leakage, Vacuum pump and Gas
refilling and copper tube brazing equipments should be always available at site. No
extra payment whatsoever shall be made on this count.
(viii) To fulfill all labor related statutory requirements.
(ix) Income tax, Service tax & Works Contract Tax or any other statutory requirements
applicable from time to time.
(x) To supply all petty consumables like cloths for cleaning, cotton waste, grease,
gasket, PVC tape, CTC/CRC for cleaning the electrical contacts, etc. at his own cost.
(xi) To carryout day-to-day maintenance works including replacements of
materials/items as given in the tender document or new items not mentioned in the
tender document.
(ix) To read the Penalty clauses, payment clauses, Scope of Work, General & Special
Conditions before quoting.
(i) Maintaining all records in proper logbooks & registers to be supplied by the
contractor.
(ii) The successful bidder should confirm his firm’s account and also for accepting
payment through e-banking mode with any one of the following banks. Necessary
documentary proofs as required by Gail to be submitted within one month from the
date of award of the contract.
